Answer: Our warranties vary by model. Warranties range from 1-10 years on the spa equipment and the spa shell warranties ranges from 1 year to lifetime. In the unlikely event you should need service there are a couple of options. You can either contact a local authorized Leisure Bay dealer or send the defective part back to us. We are always here for you, with technicians standing by. We will gladly trouble shoot your problems through our toll free parts and service hot line. Once the problem is diagnosed the part can easily be removed and returned to us for repair or replacement.
