You must call 1-800-226-7727 for a RRA# so that the item needing repair will reach the correct department. You will also be given the address that corresponds to the correct department.

The product must be securely packed in a strong box. Do not use Styrofoam peanuts since they will imbed themselves into certain types of heaters and render them inoperable.
